These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all purchases made on habbati.fr. The applicable law is French law.

2. Products

We sell cold-pressed Nigella sativa oil. Products are available while stocks last. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

4. Ordering

An order is confirmed once payment is validated. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. Habbati reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock issue or payment problem.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card via Mollie (mollie.com), a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Card details are never stored by Habbati.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within mainland France via two carriers:

Mondial Relay — delivery to a collection point, estimated 3–5 business days
Colissimo — home delivery, estimated 2–4 business days

Delivery times are indicative. Habbati cannot be held liable for carrier delays.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving reasons.

However, pursuant to Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Any bottle of oil that has been opened cannot be returned.

To exercise this right (for sealed, unopened products), contact us at contact@habbati.com within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Statutory guarantees

All products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-4 to L217-14, French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 to 1649, French Civil Code).

9. Complaints & mediation

For any complaint, contact us at contact@habbati.com. If no satisfactory resolution is reached within 60 days, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge.
